RIGID STEM MOUNT
1) Insert recommended bulbs.
2) Slip one rubber washer over end of each threaded pipe protruding from inside
shade.
3) Pass holes in glass diffuser over ends of threaded pipes.
4) Slipremainingrubberwashersoverendsofstemsandscrewnialsontostems.
(DO NOT over tighten.)
5) Passwirethroughstemsandscrewstemsintocouplingsontopofxturebody.
IMPORTANT: At least one 6” stem must be used.
NOTE: Thread locking compound must be applied to all stem threads as noted
withsymbol(3)topreventaccidentalrotationofxtureduringcleaning,
relamping,etc.
6) Passxturewirethroughremainingstemsandscrewstemstogether.
7) Passholesincanopyoverendsofstems.
8) Sliplockwasher,safetycablethensecondlockwasheroverendof
onethreadedpipeprotrudingfrominsidecanopy.Threadhexnutonto
threaded pipe.
9) Onsecondthreadedpipeprotrudingfrominsidecanopy,sliponelockwasher
overendofthreadedpipe.Threadhexnutontothreadedpipe.
10) TURN OFF POWER.
IMPORTANT:Beforeyoustart,NEVERattemptanyworkwithoutshuttingoffthe
electricityuntiltheworkisdone.
a) Gotothemainfuse,orcircuitbreaker,boxinyourhome.Placethemain
power switch in the “OFF” position.
b) Unscrewthefuse(s),orswitch“OFF”thecircuitbreakerswitch(s),that
controlthepowertothextureorroomthatyouareworkingon.
c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthexturetobereplacedhas
aswitchorpullchain,placethoseinthe“OFF”position..
11) Find the appropriate threaded holes on mounting strap. Assemble mounting
screws into threaded holes.
12)Attachmountingstraptooutletbox.(Screwsnotprovided).Mountingstrapcanbe
adjustedtosuitpositionofxture.
13)Connectsafetycableassembledtocanopytomountingstrap.(Thiswillallowfor
xturetobesupportedwhilewireconnectionsaremade.)
14)Makewireconnections(connectorsnotprovided.)Referencechartbelowfor
correctconnectionsandwireaccordingly.
15)Pushxturetoceiling,carefullypassingmountingscrewsthroughholes.
16)Securexturetoceilingwithlockwashersandthreadedballs.
LOOP/CHAIN LINK MOUNT
1) Followsteps1though6fromStemMountInstructions.
2) Screw one small threaded pipe into end of each loop.
3) Screw one loop onto end of each stem.
4) Passthreadedpipeoneachsecondloopthroughholesincanopy.
5) Sliplockwasher,safetycablethensecondlockwasheroverendofonethreaded
pipeprotrudingfrominsidecanopy.Threadhexnutontothreadedpipe.
6) Onsecondthreadedpipeprotrudingfrominsidecanopy,sliponelockwasher
overendofthreadedpipe.Threadhexnutontothreadedpipe.
7) Attachonechainlinktoeachloopatendofeachstemandtoeachlooponcanopy.
8) Followsteps10-16fromStemMountInstructions.
INSTALLATION MONTAGE TIGE RIGIDE
1) Insérez l’ampoule recommandée.
2) Fairepasserunerondelleencaoutchoucàl’extrémitédechaquetuyauletéqui
dépasse de l’intérieur de l’abat-jour.
3) Fairepasserlestrousdudiffuseurenverrepar-dessuslesextrémitésdestuyaux
letés.
4) Fairepasserlesrondellesencaoutchoucquirestentpar-dessuslesextrémités
destigesetvisserlesornementsauxtiges.(NEPAStropserrer.)
5) Acheminerlelduluminaireparlatigeetvisserlatigeenhautduluminaire.
IMPORTANT: au moins une tige de 25 cm doit être utilisée.
REMARQUE : appliquerlefreinletsurtouslesletsdelatigeindiquésparle
symbole(3) pour empêcher la rotation accidentelle du luminaire pendant le
nettoyage,remplacementdelampe,etc.
6) Acheminerlelduluminaireparlestigesrestantesetvisserlestigesensemble.
7) Passerlestrousdanslecachepardessuslesextrémitésdestiges.
8) Passerlarondelledeblocage,lecâbledesécuritépuisladeuxièmerondellede
blocagesurl’extrémitédutubeletéressortantdel’intérieurducache.Visser
l’écrouhexagonalsurletubeleté.
9) Surledeuxièmetubeletéressortantducacheintérieur,passerunerondellede
verrouillageparl’extrémitédutubeleté.Visserl’écrouhexagonalsurletubeleté.
10) COUPER LE COURANT.
IMPORTANT: TOUJOURS couper l’électricité avant de commencer le travail.
a) Localiserlecoffretàfusiblesouledisjoncteurdudomicile.Mettre
l’interrupteur principal en position d’Arrêt.
b) Dévisserleoulesfusibles(oumettreledisjoncteursurArrêt)quicontrôlent
l’alimentationversleluminaireoulapiècedanslaquelleletravailest
effectué.
c) Mettrel’interrupteurmuralenpositiond’Arrêt.Sileluminaireàremplacer
estdotéd’uninterrupteuroud’unechaîneconnectéeàl‘interrupteur,placer
ces éléments en position d’Arrêt.
11) Trouverlestrousletésappropriéssurlabarrettedemontage.Vissezlesvisde
montagedanslestrousletés.
12)Visserlabarrettedemontageàlaboitedejonction.(Visnonfournies).Labarrette
demontagepeutetreajustéepourconveniràlapositiondel’applique.
13)Connecterlecâbledesécuritéassembléàl’intérieurducachesurlesupportde
montage.(Cecipermettradesoutenirleluminairelorsdubranchementdesls.)
14)Connecterlesls(connecteursnonfournis).Sereporterautableaucidessous
pourfairelesconnexions.Plaquerl’appliquecontrelemur,enpassantsoigneusement
les vis de montage dans les trous.
15)Appliquerl’armatured’éclairageauplafondenintroduisantprudemmentlesvisde
xationdanslestrous.
16)Visserlelustreauplafondál’aidedesrondelles-freinetdesboulesletées.
MONTAGE DES LIENS EN BOUCLE/MAILLON
1) Suivre les étapes 1 à 6 des Instructions d’installation des tiges.
2) Visserletubeletédanslesextrémitésdesboucles.
3) Attachezlapetiteboucheàl’extrémitédelatigesupérieure.
4) Passerletubeletéàl’extrémitédelapetiteboucheparletrousituédanslecache.
5) Passerlarondelledeblocage,lecâbledesécuritépuisladeuxièmerondellede
blocagesurl’extrémitédutubeletéressortantdel’intérieurducache.Visser
l’écrouhexagonalsurletubeleté.
6) Surledeuxièmetubeletéressortantducacheintérieur,passerunerondellede
verrouillageparl’extrémitédutubeleté.Visserl’écrouhexagonalsurletubeleté.
7) Attacherlemaillondelachaîneàlapetitebouclesituéeàl’extrémitédelatige
ainsiqu’àlabouclesituéesurl’abat-jour.
8) Suivrelesétapes10à16desinstructionsMontagedelatige.
