1) Screwthreadedpipeintocouplingontopofroof.

2) Settoptrimdownoverthreadedpipeandscrewloopontoendofthreaded

 pipe.

3) TURNOFFPOWER.

IMPORTANT:Beforeyoustart,NEVERattemptanyworkwithout 

 shuttingofftheelectricityuntiltheworkisdone.

 a) Gotothemainfuse,orcircuitbreaker,boxinyourhome.Place

  themainpowerswitchinthe“OFF”position.

 b) Unscrewthefuse(s),orswitch“OFF”thecircuitbreakerswitch(s),

  thatcontrolthepowertothextureorroomthatyouareworking

  on.

 c) Placethewallswitchinthe“OFF”position.Ifthexturetobe

  replacedhasaswitchorpullchain,placethoseinthe“OFF”

  position.

4) Takethreadedpipefrompartsbagandscrewinscrewcollarloopaminimum

 of6mm(1/4”).Lockintoplacewithhexnut.

5) Runanotherhexnutdownthreadedpipealmosttouchingrsthexnut.Now

 screwthreadedpipeintomountingstrap.Mountingstrapmustbepositioned

 withextrudedthreadfacedintooutletbox.Threadedpipemustprotrude

 outthebackofmountingstrap.Screwthirdhexnutontoendofthreaded

 pipeprotrudingfrombackofmountingstrap.

6) Unscrewthethreadedringfromscrewcollarloop.Takecanopyandpass

 overscrewcollarloop.Approximatelyonehalfofthescrewcollarloopexterior

 threadsshouldbeexposed.Adjustscrewcollarloopbyturningassembly

 upordowninmountingstrap.Removecanopy.

7) Afterdesiredpositionisfound,tightentophexnutupagainstthebottomof

 themountingstrap.

8) Slipcanopyoverscrewcollarloopandthreadonthreadedring.Attach

 chain(withxtureconnected)tobottomofscrewcollarloop.Unscrew

 threadedring,letcanopyandthreadedringslipdown.

9) Weaveelectricalwireandgroundwirethroughchainlinksnomorethan3

 inchesapart.Passwirethroughthreadedring,canopy,screwcollarloop,

 threadedpipeandintooutletbox.

10)Connectxturegroundwiretooutletboxgroundwirewithwireconnector.

 (Notprovided.)Neverconnectgroundwiretoblackorwhitepower

 supplywire.

11) Makewireconnections(connectorsnotprovided).Referencechartbelow

 forcorrectconnectionsandwireaccordingly.

12)Raisecanopytoceiling.

13)Securecanopyinplacebytighteningthreadedringontoscrewcollarloop.

14)Insertrecommendedbulb.

15)Screwendofthreadedpipewithbeadintobottomofxturebody.

16)Threadcouplingontoendofthreadedpipe.

17)Screwendofthreadedpipewithhexnutintobottomofcoupling.

18)Raiseglassuptoxture,ttingtopofglassinsideroofofxture.

19)Passbottomtrimoverendofthreadedpipeandscrewnialontoendof

 threadedpipe.(DONOTovertighten.)

 luminaire.

2) Placerlagarnituresupérieureverslebaspar-dessusletuyauletéetvisser

 l’anneauàl’extrémitédutuyauleté.

3) COUPERLECOURANTÉLECTRIQUE.

IMPORTANT:TOUJOURScouperl’électricitéavantdecommencerle

 travail.

 a) Localiserlecoffretàfusiblesouledisjoncteurdudomicile.Mettre

  l’interrupteurprincipalenpositiond’Arrêt.

 b) Dévisserleoulesfusibles(oumettreledisjoncteursurArrêt)qui

  contrôlentl’alimentationversleluminaireoulapiècedans 

  laquelleletravailesteffectué.

 c) Mettrel’interrupteurmuralenpositiond’Arrêt.Sileluminaireà

  remplacerestdotéd’uninterrupteuroud’unechaîneconnectéeà

  l‘interrupteur,placercesélémentsenpositiond’Arrêt.

4) Visserletubeleté(quisetrouveaveclespiècesdétachées)dansle

 collier-écrou,surunelongueurminimumde6mm(1/4po).Fixeravec

 unécrouhexagonal.

5) Visserunsecondécrouhexagonaldemanièreàcequ’iltouchepresque

 lepremier.Visserensuiteletubeletésurlapattedexation,enle

 faisantdépasseretendirigeantlapartieletéedesvisverslaboîtede

 jonction.Visseruntroisièmeécrouhexagonalsurl’extrémitédutube

 letésortantdel’arrièredelasangledemontage.Visseruntroisième

 écrouhexagonalsurl’extrémitédutubeletésortantdel’arrièredela

 sangledemontage.

6) Dévisserlabagueletéeducollier-écrou.Passerlecachesurlecollier-

 écrou.Environlamoitiédeletageextérieurdecelui-cidoitêtreapparent.

 Fixerlecollier-écrouenfaisantpivoterl’assemblageverslehautouvers

 lebas.Enleverlecache.

7) Labonnepositionétanttrouvée,serrerl’écrouhexagonalsupérieur

 contrelepartieinférieurdelapattedexation.

8) Glisserlecachesurlecollier-écrouetenlersurlabagueletée.Attacher

 lachaine(avecl’assemblageconnecté)aubasducollier-écrou.Dévisser

 labagueletéeetlaisserglisserlecacheetlabagueletée.

9) Entrelacerlelélectrqueetleldemiseálaterreetfairepasserletout

 danslesanneauxdelachaîneenespaçantaumaximumde3po.

 Passerleldanslabagueletée,lecache,lecollier-écrou,letubeleté

 etlaboîtedejonction.

10)Avecl’attache-l(quin’estpasfourni),connecterleldemiseálaterre

 auld’alimentationnoirouáceluiquiestblanc.
